Jeff's Dream
Sharing the Joy of the Lake
As a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain, Jeff dreams of giving youth, adults, and families who cannot afford lake activities the opportunity to enjoy boating, water skiing, and unforgettable adventures.
He also envisions construction boot camps and hands-on workshops that teach valuable trade skills.
Kathy's Dream
Links Place - A Place to Belong
Kathy envisions a welcoming space where families gather for real board games, recovery meetings, dance lessons for youth who cannot afford them, and meaningful face-to-face connections. Recovery and support.

Dream Ahead brings Jeff and Kathy's individual passions together through the Foley Foundation. Their vision is to create experiences that strengthen families, teach practical skills, build friendships, and open doors to new opportunities.
